WHAT YOU WILL DO:

To lead the account management of the distributor relationship and to build profitable sales our leading brands across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Account Management

        Responsible for the delivery of the annual sales plan across of the Consumer Beauty business of mass cosmetics and fragrance.

        Accountable for the delivery of the annual sales plan across specified categories of the luxury business via coaching and mentoring the National Account Executive (direct report) responsible for this portfolio.

        Work directly with distributor’s key contacts to understand risks and opportunities to delivery of the sales plan and work cross functionally to proactively gap fill.

        Management of an investment plan and P&L for the category and brands.

        Timely inputs into the forecasting and trade spend systems as part of the monthly S&OP process.

        Invoice approval and co-ordination of marketing materials to support day to day operations.

Communication

        Co-ordinate the implementation of a customer specific promotion plan for our leading brands liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams

        Facilitate information flow between company and the distributor for data such as service level and stockholding

        Liaise with Demand Planning and communicate any stock availability issues to the customer

        Day to day contact with distributor key contacts to respond to ad hoc requests and issues

        Supports the Head of Ireland and or NAM in building a strong relationship between company and the distributor across all relevant departments within their structure.

Forecasting

        Prepare promotional forecasts in liaison with Head of Ireland, Marketing and Trade Marketing

Submit and agree forecasts with the distributors & Demand Planning

        Work together with Demand Planning to ensure all external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned

        Track customer distribution numbers and update all forecasts accordingly

Analysis

        Analysis of customer EPOS data to track new product launches

        Prepare pre-promotional P&L’s to understand revenue and profit potential Review post promotional analysis to understand results of promotion

Store visits

        Carry out monthly store visits to track promotional activity for the relevant brands

        Update competitor activity tracker for the relevant competitors

        Update retail pricing tracker for the relevant brands
