​Here at Executive Connections, we are recruiting for an Operations Support Manager on behalf of our client, a leading asset management company, based in Dublin.

This is a Hybrid role. You will be required to work 2 days onsite.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Portfolio Management and hold a relevant third level qualification in either Finance, Property or Accounting. APA in Loans is essential to this role.

My Client is looking for someone to manage the day to day operations of a number of loan portfolios to ensure effective and efficient operations of the team. You will also be required to provide assistance to senior managers to develop structures, procedures and processes in order to support growth strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Manage the day-to-day operation of a number of loan portfolios to ensure efficient and effective operation of the team.

·       Ensure effective open and clear communication processes are in place.

·       Manage, develop, and motivate the team to drive performance and quality standards

·       Assist Senior Mgr to develop appropriate structures, procedures, and processes to support our growth strategy.

·       Participate and engage in all project requirements, ensuring project alignment with current operational processes. Becoming the Ops Support workstream lead addressing and progressing all actions and issues that arise, assisting scheduled project completion. 

·       Ensure the timely and accurate resolution or escalation of any internal or external issues.

·       Participate openly and proactively in ongoing initiatives to broaden the skill base and knowledge of the department.

·       Deliver all activities to regulatory and mandatory standards ensuring compliance and escalation processes are embedded and managed effectively.

·       Ensure all company processes and procedures are carried out within appropriate timeframes

·       Ensure that company values are continually demonstrated through behaviours

·       Work with all areas of the business to support the needs of your team/department

·       Role model within the organisation, taking accountability for agent performance, reaffirming colleague engagement within team and wider business

Skills and Experience

·       A third level financial, property, or accounting qualification is required

·       Relevant APA qualification required

·       Experience in commercial/residential loan servicing

·       Strong leadership and motivation skills/experience

·       Proven experience to develop and deliver on continuous improvement initiatives

·       Good communication skills and confident in both written and verbal communication

·       Effective prioritisation and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
