My client is a highly successful leading international Corporate Bank.
The Role: Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager
The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee the liquidity regulatory reporting requirements of the Corporate Bank.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, review and produce the liquidity regulatory reporting requirements for the Bank whilst complying with national and international banking regulations.
Prepare capital and statistical returns (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting).
Monitor regulatory KRIs and internal limits as appropriate.
Conduct detailed analysis and variance explanation to ensure data validity.
Assume responsibility for capital planning, forecasting and monitoring.
Implement and support continuous efficiency process improvements.
Contribute towards forecasting models and the continuous improvement of management reporting, forecasting and analysis.
Contact point for the CBI on all capital and statistical requirements.
Assume responsibility for regulatory visits and examinations on capital and statistical requirements.
Support regulatory change, policy, controls and strategic input.
Engage with industry bodies and stakeholders as necessary.
Illustrate understanding of the Bank’s risk appetite.
Key Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or relevant Financial Management / Accounting Level 9 Masters qualification.
5+ years’ Regulatory Reporting experience – Capital Markets / Corporate Banking / Treasury.
Excellent technical knowledge of CRR/CRD and in particular capital and statistical aspects of regulatory reporting.
Strong communication and analytical skills with high numerical aptitude.
Project management capabilities.
