​The HR Director for Europe will be a highly experienced HR professional with extensive experience of
working with multiple European Workers Councils. The successful candidate will have a proven track
record of managing multiple work streams and projects across multiple regions. They will lead a team of
HR professionals across Europe and support Executive leaders within the region. The role reports into
the Global Senior Director of HR in North America and make up part of a Global HR team. Change
Management is a constant in the company and the ability to lead through change effectively is critical


About the Responsibilities:
• Partner effectively across functions such as Channel, Product, Services, Marketing, Operations,
and Finance to implement plans and programs that will support the company’s transformation
• Support a team of HR professionals across Europe
• Work with local work councils to negotiate mutually satisfactory agreements on various work
arrangements
• Develop and retain the best possible team and ensure that they operate and assimilate into the
unique and successful culture of the company.
• Implement and understand key performance indicators, both operational and financial, and hold
people accountable for results.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
• Work hand in hand with local and global legal team to ensure we continue to be ethical and
compliant in all we do
• Act as a catalyst for change
• Work with global peers to manage all global projects at a local and global level

• They must have the business maturity, flexibility, and business judgment to help the entire
organization grow, reaching agreed upon targets in a disciplined and process-oriented fashion
characterized by high growth expectations
• You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The role may be either on site in Galway or remote in Ireland. Hours are primarily European however on
occasion flexibility will be requested within reason
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
