The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will work closely with the Management Team to develop and deliver the people strategy and support the culture. The Head of HR drives engagement, recruitment, performance management, and employee development in a dynamic environment. It is an exciting, challenging “hands on” role which is supported by the HR Team.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years Human Resources experience with at least 2 at Management Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other related field, with a specialization in Human Resources Management

  • People management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization

  • Excellent leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the people strategy at all levels of the business in ROI and NI across the full talent management cycle

  • Support the company to deliver a customer centric mindset; ensuring that the right people are in the right positions at all times

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure open and consistant internal communication

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on a broad range of Human Resource practices and implementation issues as well as organizational changes to better fulfil business goals and customer expectations.Develop strong internal and external relationships and provide advice to management and employees on legislation where required.

  • Responsible for the full recruitment process. Ensure the recruitment process is effective at attracting and identifying people who match our behvioural standards. Drive company exposure in the marketplace and engage with management on recruitment needs

  • Design and deliver employee engagement programmes ensuring that the company remains a Great Place to Work

  • Partner the CEO and management team to identify organizational development areas. Design employee events/programmes to reinforce strategic objectives and the company’s unique behavioural standards

  • Collaborate with the business to help identify and agree development needs and priorities aligned to business requirements including the development, design, delivery and evaluation of training

  • Monitor and develop the performance management system and documentation – aim to create a positive and innovative environment which inspires people to fully commit themselves to their duties and where required, go beyond the call of duty in order to achieve their key objectives

  • Ensure consistent application of company policies in line with legislation across all business areas and the development of policies where required

  • Management, in conjunction with the Finance Team, of payroll requirements as required to meet the needs of the business

  • Responsible for the management and development of a small HR Team

  • Any other duties that the Head of HR is required to fulfill
