​If you are a Digital Marketing Specialist, with an interest in the financial services sector, then this is a great opportunity!!


The Candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working with a marketing team on ideation, digital information management, email marketing, managing social media calendars and content and web master tasks.

The Candidate will have specific experience with social media and be capable of content analysis, and planning social media strategies with measurable goals.

You should have

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Project Management skills

  • Understanding of Digital content management principals

  • Training skills

  • Optional: experience with Smartfocus, Ezpublish, SharePoint, Wedia

Website Management

  • Editing, writing and publishing website copy using CMS (EzPublish)

  • Designing pages based on requirements from marketing teams

  • Uploading relevant documentation for sites

  • Ensuring best practice is met in terms of information architecture on website

  • Running web analytics

Editorial for Digital Channels

  • Create content for mixed digital channels e.g. email, social, video

  • Manage editorial calendars for social channels

  • Creating mails in email marketing automation tool (SmartFocus)

  • Run analytics reports

Digital content management

  • Manage and administer corporate intranet

  • Conduct training so that users are self-sufficient

  • Look for ways to improve existing tool

  • Information Architecture: Ensuring the structure of the intranet meets organization needs

  • Gather business requirements and develop appropriate solutions

  • Conduct usability testing of intranet and applications

User Training and Adoption

  • Design, implement and promote adoption strategies for marketing content and tools

  • Design and conduct one-to-one and group training for new tools
