The Brand Manager will focus on turning brand lovers into can lovers, ensuring their brand is the consumer’s first choice of energy drink.
Always ensuring that every campaign is consistent with the brand look, feel and tone of voice. Working closely with the wider brand team to support and contribute to the annual business plan.
Understanding and acting on consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives Top-of-Mind awareness, brand salience and overall brand equity. Creating, planning, and executing brand, advertising and consumer activations across our key occasions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 5 years of working in similar marketing roles preferably within FMCG
2. Interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
3. Flexible and proactive attitude, able to cope with fast changing environment
