My client is all things beauty; they are seeking an Office Administrator to support their day-to-day business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to progress their career in FMCG but also be a part of working with award winning brands.
Main duties:
Daily reports, MD2, Dropped Cases, pricing mismatches
Support Business Manager on the following task:
Forecasting
Launch planning
Sample Orders all both internal and externa
Credit claims
Stand Database maintenance
Stand tier reporting and analysing – monthly
Qualifications:
• Highly numeric and analytical skillset
• A strong systems orientation including advanced Excel Skills
• Ability to analyse data, make decisions, problem-solve, and clearly communicate solutions.
• Highest level of attention to detail is required
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Be proactive & assertive in reacting to key business requirements in a timely manner
• A flexible approach to work and be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to use own initiative
